Margaret Chaney

I have been a member of the NSW CFA for 40 years and am honoured to have been appointed a Life Member of this organisation.  I have been judging Group 1 for almost 30 years and in that time have judged in almost every State of Australia and in New Zealand.

I was an elected member of the NSW CFA Consultative Committee on which I served for 19 years.  I have co-ordinated judges training courses and examined candidates in Queensland and Canberra.

I am a member of the Group 1 Judges Examination Panel and a Tutor Judge.

I was recently appointed as the Historian of the NSW CFA and was invited to present a display during the Inaugural Royal Easter Show at Homebush Bay.

I am currently President of The Federal Cat Club of Australasia as well as being a Life Member of this club.  Other Life memberships I hold are in Ku-Ring-Gai Cat Club (Longhair),The Northern Feline Fancy Inc., and The Lynx Torti and Red Point Club.  I am Patron of The Northern Feline Fancy Inc. and The Silver Persian Cat Club.
